Zafus ou coussins de méditation en pure laine écologique. L'intérieur est en balles de sarrasin.
Dimensions : environ 33 cm de diamètre et 13 cm de hauteur.
Le coussin de méditation peut s'ouvrir et se rembourrer de plus de sarrasin si vous avez besoin d'une assise plus haute, ou inversement, bien évidemment. L'enveloppe en laine est lavable à la main.

The cushion can be opened so that you can refill with more buckweat if you need a higher position to meditate. And you can easily handwash the outside with luckwarm water making sure not to felt the wool.
